Our SaaS platform allows property managers to track units and residents and generate all of the lease paperwork and other documents needed in this industry. We work with state trade associations (such as the Colorado Apartment Association) to offer their documents/forms through our system. Their members sign up with us, pay us a monthly fee, and a portion of revenues is paid to the trade association as a royalty for the use of their forms. We have these deals in Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Iowa. We also have our own set of forms in various other states, such as California, Arizona, and Oklahoma.
