Description: Fextel, Inc. was founded in 2008 as a US corporation created to house a growing call center services business. Our corporate offices are located in St. Petersburg, FL, USA. All support, development and administrative staff are based at this location. We also have dedicated training facilities at our offices where we conduct our training classes for clients from around the world. For our hosted services, we have two hosted facilities that our services are supplied from: Our primary facility in Tampa, FL, and our secondary facility in northern Virginia(just outside of Washington D.C.). Both facilities have blended internet and telco connections from multiple carriers as well as multiple layers of redundant power backup.
