Pinnacle Manufacturing, a family-owned company, was founded in 2006 by veterans of the waste and liquid storage tank equipment industries. Our facility in Boaz, AL sits on 15 acres with nearly 150,000 ft2 of manufacturing space under roof. Pinnacle’s list of fabrication equipment includes forklifts, overhead cranes, welding machines, press brake, shear, saws, CNC plasma cutting machines, submerged arc welder, and custom built fixtures. Our hydro-test capabilities are bolstered by our specially designed set-up. A 35,000 gallon storage tank system, which can be fed by plant water or rainwater collected from the facility roof, is connected to a permanent, roof-mounted piping system that feeds tanks and containers to be tested. An underground pipe system returns water to the holding tank through a bag filter designed to maximize water utilization and prolong equipment life. A similar, but smaller, system is also in place for the testing of containers only, when supplemental capacity is required. We also have equipment in place to hydro-test pipe assemblies when necessary. The finishing equipment at Pinnacle is as impressive as the fabrication and testing equipment. There are two 60’ x 20’ x 20’ grit blast booths with recovery and recycle systems, two 60’ x 20’ x 20’ heated paint booths, an insulated and heated paint kitchen to house our tank lining system, and multiple plural component pumps for application of the various coatings we apply. In addition to our “wet” paint equipment, Pinnacle maintains a powder coat booth and cure oven, both being 30’ x 10’ x 10’.
