OTP utilizes Oracle-endorsed methodologies (including AIM, CDM, EMM, Fast Forward, and other rapid methods) and has Oracle consultants who have experience in Oracle applications since Release 2. OTP also takes total project responsibility from planning to completion for major projects. In these cases, OTP will integrate our customers and OTP resources for optimal results. Consulting resources are primarily located in CA, OR, CO, and NY. While selected client sites are throughout the 48 States and abroad, the majority of our business is California based (San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles).
