Description: EleQuant delivers solutions developed by the Spanish firm, Grupo AIA, a technology consultancy and software development company that specializes in solving complex problems for the energy, telecommunications, and banking industries. Are there companies outside the U.S. using AGORA? Grupo AIA has customers in Spain, including Red Electrica de Espana S.A. and Endesa. We are also working on several large-scale pilot programs that we will announce in Q3 of this year. Why did Grupo AIA choose San Francisco as its US headquarters? The founders of the company, who did their post-graduate work at UC Berkeley, always wanted to establish US operations in the place they believe is truly the center of technology innovation and leadership. It's also a region with major energy demands and has experienced first-hand the incredible challenges of efficient power management. Does EleQuant have any business and/or technology partners? There are a number of energy consultants and technology partners with whom we intend to build relationships. We'll be able to talk more about those partnerships in the second half of this year.
